Volunteer With Nona Faye
Be the friendly face a Neighbor has been waiting for
Why Volunteers Matter

Many seniors in our community spend long stretches of time without regular connection, conversation, or someone simply checking in. A friendly visit, a phone call, or help getting connected to local support can make a meaningful difference in a Neighbor’s day.

Nona Faye volunteers help seniors feel seen, remembered, and supported. You do not need to be a caregiver or medical professional to make an impact. Sometimes the most important thing you can offer is your time, kindness, and willingness to show up.
What Volunteers Do
Volunteering does not have to be complicated. A friendly visit, a phone call, help with an errand, or sharing a useful skill can make a meaningful difference.
We work to match volunteers with appropriate opportunities and provide clear information before each assignment. You decide which opportunities fit your availability and comfort level.

Safety & Boundaries

Nona Faye volunteers provide companionship, connection, and practical support within a safe volunteer scope. Volunteers do not provide medical care, personal care, medication help, transfers, or emergency support. When a Neighbor’s needs are outside our scope, Nona Faye helps connect them to appropriate community or licensed partners whenever possible.
